Jam Session

This is for you if:

How will we work together:

• We will have a 60 minute jam session from the pre-work you complete prior to our session defining where you are, where you want to go and what is stopping YOU!
• We will examine your business’ mission statement. Does this reflect your vision? Does this speak to your tribe?
• We will review your products/services and brainstorm about other ways to serve your audience. People call me the “idea girl” as I pride myself on looking at your business with a fresh set of eyes.

What you will leave with:

• You will leave with a few great ideas you can implement right away!
• You will have a clear and confident business direction to speak to the people that your business is here to serve.
• You will have a documented worksheet of our conversation. No need to take notes as I will summarize our session and your homework to move forward.
• You will have access to the Private Resources/Recommendations Page. This is a special page just for people I work with of all my fav resources I have hand picked. I have either interviewed or worked with this business personally and will share my recommendation why they may be a perfect fit for you. I love networking! This will save you the time of searching, as I probably can hook you up with some website or business to support your efforts. You will love this page!!

Jam Session Plus

This is for you if:

All of the above is appealing to you, but you don’t know where to start! What is your block? What’s holding you and your business back? During my yoga therapy training, we learned that what we hold in our bodies reflects the holdings in our lives. Let’s start there!

How we will work together:

• We will start with a yoga session built just for you the Phoenix Rising Way via Skype. This yoga session is to reflect on your body and possibly find a connection to your life. No yoga experience necessary, only a quiet place without distractions, a yoga mat and Skype on your computer. (approx  75-90 minutes)
• From what you gather during your session, we will schedule a Jam Session within a week to start to work. (60 minutes) Of course, there is prework and homework to follow up on. We are jumping in with both feet. This program is ideal for someone who wants to create change!

What you will leave with:

• All the great love from our Jam Session! (see above) Would you like clarity for your business? How about having the confidence to speak to your tribe? How about business and life success? Yes!
• You will create your marketing manifesto. This document will speak about your offerings, the people you are here to serve, and your personal mission statement.  Once you create this, the ideas and creativity will flow like water! Let’s create this together.
• Oh, don’t forget your access to all of the great resources I have found just for your business. These are people I have connected, admire their work or interviewed to understand their services and pricing. Icing on the cake, as far as I’m concerned. I love to network and share resources that will only enhance your business. In other words, let’s make your life easier!!!

Ya Ya Circles

Women working and creating together is my vision for the Ya Ya Circles. We will lock arms as we rise together. The Ya Ya Circles will be a recipe of a mastermind group, collaboration of ideas, shared experiences and a hot box of learning.

Each month we will address the issues that affect women entrepreneurs who are the Chief Everything Officer for their business.

Topics over the 3-month period include Exploring yourself, your tribe, and your business systems. We will move into Rising to new heights examining feelings of being stuck in your business and how this relates to your life. The final month will be Shining your light for the world to see.

We will examine your online presence looking at your store front you are presenting to the world. The Ya Ya Circles will begin in March 2012 with weekly hourly calls and private sessions. There will be 2 groups of no more than 8 entrepreneurs. I want to keep these groups small and manageable to leave room in our conversations for expression.

This is for you if:

• You feel like your business is not moving at the pace you would like it to move. Did you meet your professional and business goals for 2011? Do you have your goals set for 2012?
• You feel like you have run dry on ideas to promote and market your business. Are you doing all you can to reach the people that matter the most to you?
• Are you sure you know your ideal client or market for you business? Do you know him/her deep down? What problem are you trying to solve for them with your business or offerings?
• Love group dynamics! The energy and connection of the group makes you giddy. Everyone will be helping find some solutions for you, and you will learn important business savvy along the way.

I Want it All Package (3 month commitment)

This is for you if:

• You like the offers of how we can work together, but are looking for more personal attention than one session.  Let’s start with a yoga session to explore direction, followed by a Jam Session, then weekly accountability on implementation.
• Your follow through on ideas seems to lack execution and want more accountability.
• You want move your business to the next level at a faster pace.
• You are committed to 3 months of hard work, motivation and some fun along the way!

How we will work together:

• You will begin with a 90 minute yoga session as described above. This will identify the direction our time together will work and the direction your ship will sail.
• Next, commit to a Jam Session (60 minutes). Let’s hoist the sails and start moving the boat. This is the perfect way to start the process of creating the ideas of the direction you would like to go. We will have one session at the start of each month to make any adjustments in your plan.
• Each week, we will connect for 30 minutes to check in, rethink and rework the plan we have set in motion. Don’t worry! All of this is not in stone. Think of it as an organic process. There will be constant movement as you and your business changes. It’s part of a beautiful process. Your business is absolutely a huge part of you!

To sum up, your partnership with me includes:

• One Yoga Explore Session (75-90 mins)
• Jam Sessions monthly for a total of 3 (60 mins ea)
• Weekly 30 min check in sessions on the rest of the weeks in the month. We will do brainstorming, creating, inventing, and laughing. This is your personal time we have set aside to make sure we stay on track. Love this!
